I have an open discussion with MPR and the possibility of securing them as a league sponsor. Part of the negotiations is to get a discount on the newest version of Setup Analyzer. I have the older version and have found it a useful tool as a moderately challenged setup guy. That older version if you have it, is going to be no longer supported and there is a new version for sale that supports all cars and tracks, which is much better than before. There are three flavors, oval only, road only, or all. The oval only version is regularly priced at $29.99 I believe, however it is on sale now for $19.99. If we can bring them on as a sponsor and also get a group of members looking to make the plunge, we can secure a further discounted price. Go here setupanalyzer.com/programdetails.html for more details. There is a 14 day free trial for you to use to see if it is something that would be of benefit for you. If interested and you would purchase the new setup analyzer, just sign this forum with your name and I'll take a head count that way. Thanks, Scott

Damn you Scott for being so smart lol. I had JUST discovered their website a few days ago and I've been using the demo a little bit for california setup. As a fellow moderately challenged setup guy I also am finding it a useful tool. I would love LOVE to get it but I just can't afford it, I still have Martinsville and the Tundra on my list before this. If money falls out of the sky though I would be in for this in a second.

I have an update on the MPR deal... we are now officially sponsored by MPR Analytics! The sponsor has agreed to give us a total of 6 free licenses for the race setup analyzer tool in the form of prizes at the end of the season. There will be two licenses provided as prizes for each series. The first will be for the full version, both road and oval cars/tracks, and the second will be for oval side only. The new version covers all official tracks and cars, so it's a much better product than what was out there before. The way the winners for the licenses will be handled is via a random number generator to pick drivers who finished between 4th and 12th place in the points and who has participated in a yet to be determined number of events (something like 50% of the season or more). Again, this will be done for all series. But wait, there's more! We have also worked into the agreement that there will be a discount for any league member who can prove they have points in any of our series. The process is that you would pay full price and then after showing them that you are a member of our league via a point standing with your name, he would then reimburse you the difference. I've already done this with him and have and use the product. As a novice setup builder, it's extremely helpful. The discount price for members, for the oval only version at least, is $19.99 (normally $29.99). So by just being a member you have a chance to win the setup analyzer tool as a prize at season's end, or worst case, you can purchase it for a 33% discount and save $10. They have a 14 day trial where you can try it out for free, it's very much worth the free look. Check it out. www.setupanalyzer.comScott
